Your needs as a client don’t end once SAP HCM solutions have been implemented, and so neither does our service.
HCM First can provide thorough specialised training to your staff and our consultants’ vast experience across the industry means we can cater to any specific SAP HCM needs.
During implementation, subject matter experts (SMEs) must be part of the implementation team, since there are certain actions specific to a business that must be carried out by a company’s employees, not a consultancy.
Therefore these employees will usually require training in the processes so that they become part of the implementation team, working alongside our consultant(s), and continue to do so beyond HCM First’s involvement.
The end users within your organisation who will be using the systems and processes following implementation will also need training in how to use them, though not to the same level of knowledge as the SMEs.
HCM First will train your SMEs during the implementation process, as well as providing post- implementation and refresher training services to your requirements.
